Kazakhstan: The company has presented the new vehicle built for Kazakhstan during a visit by the country’s president, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to its plant in Astana.
UK: Two five-car British Class 730/2 EMUs have entered service in multiple on the 95 km London–Northampton line.
Norway: The six-car EMU has arrived in the country. The train was delivered to a depot of state operator Norske Tog following tests in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
Indonesia: Twelve-car CLI-225 and SFC120-V trainsets are undergoing certification tests on Jakarta's suburban routes.
Germany: A framework agreement has been signed with FlixTrain. As part of the €1 bln firm order, the Spanish manufacturer will supply 30 locomotive-hauled trains and provide 15 years of maintenance.
Romania: The three-car 655-5 Series Regio160 train was unveiled to the public at a conference in Oradea. It will soon undergo testing on a test track in the town of Făurei.
Croatia: The three-car train connects Zagreb and Bjelovar.
Germany: Netinera, part of the Italian railway holding FS Group, has issued a call for proposals.
Malaysia: Two six-car Class 94 ETS3 electric trains arrived at KTMB's Batu Gajah depot in late April.
