Germany, India: Siemens Mobility and Titagarh Rail Systems (TRSL) have signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly explore metro train supply opportunities in markets outside both companies' home turf.

France: The first four-car battery-electric train began carrying passengers in France's Sud region at the end of July, and a month later a second, three-car unit entered service in Occitanie.

Romania: The three-car SFEMU-EU01 electric train entered service on the Bucharest–Brașov route in mid-August, operated by Astra Trans, a subsidiary of railcar builder Astra Vagoane.
Singapore, South Korea: Six three-car J151 trainsets have arrived at Tengah Depot, where they are undergoing commissioning and static testing. Dynamic testing of the rolling stock, meanwhile, has been under way since 2023 at KRRI.
