Japan: On July 2, the private passenger operator put the first five-car Series 6050 train in operation on the 1,067 mm Ōimachi commuter line, 12.4 km long.
China: The eight-car train in the form of China’s national symbol, a giant panda, has been rolled out in Chongqing. The vehicle is scheduled for launch in the second half-year.
France: The five-car low-floor tram was presented at the depot of the city transport operator Keolis Besançon Mobilités.
Algeria: JV CITAL and John Cockerill, Belgium, have signed the corresponding Memorandum of Understanding.

France: The manufacturer has posted a video showcasing the vinyl wrapping of the head car at its Belfort plant. The intermediary cars are produced at another French facility, in La Rochelle.
Spain: State holding company SEPI has agreed to provide rolling stock manufacturer Talgo with a high-interest convertible loan of approximately €150 mln. The terms of the loan allow for future conversion into Talgo shares.
France: Eight-car single- and double-deck trains have begun carrying passengers on the Marseille–Toulon–Nice route.
UK: Initially planned for late 2025, commissioning of the first Inspiro trainsets is now postponed till the second half of 2026.
