Slovenia: In cooperation with SSC Railtec from Germany, the local Container d.o.o. has developed and certified a new design of a 20-foot container with a payload of 4.2 t for the transport of passenger cars on two levels.
The prototype has reportedly been tested for compliance with ISO 1496 at the company’s test facility.

Founded in 1998, Container d.o.o. is a subsidiary of MAKSIM Group. Since 2007, it has added a significant number of products to the containers and steel structures it has traditionally manufactured. Today, the company offers special containers for the transport of bulk cargo or radioactive waste, open top containers, etc.
