Russia: In 2019 and 2021, Russian Railways purchased a total of 9 TEM31M shunter from LocoTech. In turn, another producer, STM, has recently received about 20 requests from industrial rail companies for TGMK2 shunter.
Russia: Ust-Katav car-building plant (UKCP) plans to invest 958 mln RUR ($12 mln USD) in the construction of a new workshop for the trams production. The company explains its plans with a growing portfolio of orders.
