Russia: Recently, social media channels and communities covered the transport of the first train, assembled at the end of last year, from a site of Metrowagonmash, TMH’s subsidiary, to the Aminievskoye depot in Moscow.
Photos and videos of its interior and exterior were published in the Moscow Transport – News Monitoring community on the online social media and networking service VK. No official announcement has been made about the new train.

The new train is delivered under a supplementary agreement for more than 500 upgraded metro cars to be supplied in 2024 and 2025. The agreement was signed by the manufacturer and the Moscow Metro at the end of 2022. The trains have a new front end and interior design, and it has also been announced that key data on their operation is displayed on the windscreen in front of a driver’s eyes.
Last year, TMH delivered 360 Moscow 2020 basic cars to the Moscow Metro under the 2020 generic contract.
