Russia: The trials will conclude in mid-summer, after which the operation will commence on public tracks.
Gudok reports that these trials are taking place on a section of the Oktyabrskaya Railway, a branch of Russian Railways (RZD).
The machine was certified by Tulazheldormash, a part of the PTK Group, in 2023. It forms part of a continuous welded rail package developed by PTK to improve the speed of track repair.

The MS-700 switches rail fasteners from working position to mounting and vice versa, and is compatible with Pandrol-350, Vossloh W-30, KB-65, ARS-4 and all types of ZhBR-65. The 400 kW power plant enables operational speeds of up to 1,000 m/h, production capacity of 700 m/h, and an a self-propelled speed of 90 km/h. The machine is operated by two technicians, while an embedded unit allows for a team of ten.
