Kazakhstan: Two track machines of the Russian manufacturer have been delivered this week to Integra Construction KZ, a development and construction company.
As ordered, the hydrostatic transmission enables the machine to move independently, thus reducing the necessity for a locomotive, according to him. Another notable feature is the predictive diagnostics system.
The machine capacity for lining and tamping is over 3,000 sleeper per hour with an operating speed of up to 5 km/h and track surfacing of 300 mm. The volumetrically compacted ballast prism created by the machine has an increased bearing capacity, allowing for the immediate start of train operations on the route at up to 60 km/h, with the option of up to 90 km/h in the short term.
