USA, Austria: Wabtec has announced the acquisition of Austria-based Frauscher Sensor Technology Group from France’s Delachaux Group for €675 mln.
France: The technology provides for automatic coupling and decoupling of rolling stock while in motion, at speeds of up to 120 km/h.
The Turkish manufacturer has inked a contract with Medcom, Poland, to acquire silicon carbide (SiC) traction inverter systems for the trams to be delivered to four countries.
Spain: The logistics company, a subsidiary of the national operator Renfe, has adopted a system of IoT devices from Teralco Solutions, a local tech developer.
