Kazakhstan: Together with the production site, the manufacturer will receive an order for 500 units of rolling stock. The financial aspects of the deal are now being discussed, although the tender has been going on since 2020.
Switzerland: The manufacturer won the tender for the supply of up to 510 FLIRT trains for the SBB operator and its two subsidiaries back in October 2021. However, the contract was not awarded then due to Alstom's complaint.
Egypt: Siemens Mobility in a joint venture has signed a contract for the construction and maintenance for the country's 2,000 km HSR network including the rolling stock deliveries.
