Australia: The Department of Industry, Science and Resources, in collaboration with leading market players, has launched the National Rolling Stock Procurement Pipeline, an online database of rail vehicle tenders.
Australia: ARA has published an estimate of the total loss to regional budgets due to the lack of harmonisation in the procurement of rolling stock between 2014 and 2023. The government is setting up the relevant bodies.
