Spain: The company inaugurates a reduction drive production line.

The first phase is to manufacture heavy transmission for locomotives built by Siemens Mobility, with a designed capacity of 500 units per year by September 2025. In the future, the line will grow and focus on demands of the Iberian market.

Siemens Mobility continues with a converter cabinet production line and a welding competence centre for their design, which were established in 2022–2023, with 80 employees.

The factory in Cornellà has been operating since 1910. With 320 people in its staff, the facility specialises on traction motors, converters and other components under the MoComp brand. The product range is used in Siemens Mobility rolling stock, with 90% being exported.
