UK: The first 4 seven-car Evero (British Class 807) trainsets were put into operation between London, Liverpool, Blackpool and West Midlands.

The vehicles are designed to run on 25 kV AC lines. Each 26 m long EMU has 453 seats, including 49 in the first class and two for disabled persons.

In 2019, the operator First Trenitalia ordered ten Class 807 electric and 13 Class 805 hybrid trains based on the A-train platform for €410 mln. Both types are designed to operate at a speed of 200 km/h. They are assembled at the plant in Newton Aycliffe and are to replace the Voyager diesel trains, produced by Bombardier in 2001–2002.

Other Class 805 EMUs, powered by catenary and diesel, have been carrying passengers since June. The whole fleet of 13 such trains is to be launched by the end of the year.
