Türkiye: The rolling stock producer has released images of the interior and exterior of the future train on its website.
During his previous visit to the company’s site in Sivas, Adil Karaismailoğlu, the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, announced that the prototype train would be built this year and enter service in 2025.

Türasaş has initially developed the train platform for operation at a speed of 160 km/h. Three such five-car trains are currently in operation, with a further 56 vehicles scheduled for delivery later. For the desired speed of 225 km/h, the design will be modified and an upgraded motor incorporated.

The eight-car TSI-compliant trainset with an aluminium car body is designed to accommodate 584 passengers and to negotiate 150 m curves at least.
