Estonia: The first two three-car Škoda Group EMUs entered passenger service last week, operating between Tallinn and Kloogaranna.
Russia: On 3 December, the first trainset with 10 double-deck coaches hauled by the renewed dual-system EP20 electric locomotive departed from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod.

Denmark: Private operator Lokaltog has shortlisted Bozankaya, Končar, as well as Stadler for the supply of four contact-battery trains.
