Azerbaijan, Georgia: The first train — seven passenger coaches hauled by an Alstom Prima M4 electric locomotive — arrived in Tbilisi from Baku on 26 May.
Germany: The two-car trainset, built on the Civity platform, was presented at a conference of the Rhine-Ruhr Transport Association VRR in Neuss.
India: Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has announced plans for a new high-speed trainset platform, designated B-35, with a design speed of 350 km/h.
India: Under a new plan from the country's Ministry of Railways, between 2026 and 2030 the fleet of national operator Indian Railways will be expanded by 88 Vande Bharat trains with seating accommodation.
Switzerland, Italy: The television programme Rail One has posted footage of the trains in service on its social media channels.
Sweden: The three-car units have begun carrying passengers in limited service, with driver and staff training underway. Full commercial service is scheduled to start in July.
Italy: The trial was carried out by the Japanese manufacturer together with Italian infrastructure manager RFI and operator Trenitalia.
Thailand: The country has recently announced plans to develop its own multiple-unit rolling stock, and in 2023 the country unveiled its first passenger coach to be built domestically in 40 years.
