Lithuania: The local passenger operator LTG Link together with Stadler has completed designing the train. Its operational testing is to begin in 2025, with a step-by-step launch on regional routes planned for early 2026.

The contract on supply of nine five-car electric and six three-car battery-electric FLIRT trains with an operational range of 70 km was signed in 2023. The deal also envisages an option for the delivery of another 13 EMUs, 15 BEMUs with a range of 100 km and 13 more vehicles with a range of 70 km.
