China: The four-car train is manufactured at the local CRRC plant. Its maximum operational speed is 160 km/h and the passenger capacity is 420 people.
The EMU is fitted with permanent magnet motors, which allow the train to start and travel on slopes up to 50‰, and has CRRC’s traditional predictive diagnostic and health management system.
In addition, the vehicle can boast a GoA2 level of automation, with the driver in the cab, where starting, acceleration, braking, and stopping are unmanned. There is also a possibility to migrate to the highest grade of automation, GoA4. The body is made of an aluminium alloy.
