The Local Transport Authority of Lower Saxony (LNVG) says that all 34 Coradia Max are to be finally manufactured by the end of 2025, leading to the delivery being delayed for a year. Previously, Alstom said that one of the reasons why it failed to meet the deadlines were electrical components supply problems due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the situation in Ukraine, and increased waiting time for body components from China.
