Alstom is implementing the mainline rolling stock project in collaboration with SNCF. Testing is being conducted on the Bombardier Regio 2N regional train, which is equipped with computer vision technology by Thales. The train has been upgraded from GoA2 (semi-automatic) to GoA4 (unattended). The unmanned shunting locomotive project uses computer vision technology from another manufacturer, Elta Systems, Israel.
