Germany: In the coming weeks, the seven-car LRV will be tested in the German city before entering revenue service.

Assembly of the second one is now being completed at the Stadler plant in Valencia. The remaining 11 trams will be manufactured at plants in Berlin and Velten.

The contract for 13 trams, worth €60.8 mln, was inked with ViP, a city operator, in December 2021. Deliveries were to start in April last year, but were delayed. According to Stadler, supply chains were disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ukraine crisis and flooding in Valencia.
