Romania: The city of Resita put into revenue service 13 two-car low-floor Panorama trams, produced at the plant in Bursa. The bi-directional 18 m tramcars with 33 seats can accommodate 135 passengers.

The vehicles run on the only nine km line in the city with 18 stations, which has recently been restored after 13 years of no tram service in Resita.

Durmazlar received an order to supply trams in 2020. The contract, co-financed by the EU, was RON 135.4 mln (€27.9 mln) worth. The first tram was delivered in September 2022. The Resita contract became the second rolling stock deal in the EU for the Turkish manufacturer. In 2022, Durmazlar supplied 12 trams to Olsztyn, Poland.

Another Turkish manufacturer, Bozankaya, has completed the delivery of 40 five-car low-floor trams to Timisoara, Romania, last week.
