Russia: A fleet of nine single-car Lvyonok trams with a capacity of 155 passengers has been put into service on the ST 1 route. Some of the vehicles run in multiple. Commissioning of three three-car Nevsky trams, accommodating 205 passengers each, has commenced on the ST 2 line.
31 October, the Volgograd Metrotram, a network with 17 surface and 5 subway tram stations, restarted its work after reconstruction. The new rolling stock operates with intervals of about four minutes along with the 71-623-03 trams from the Ust-Katav Car-building Plant and the 71-154 LRVs from the St. Petersburg Tram Mechanical Plant.

50 Lvyonoks and 12 Nevsky trams are to be delivered under a contract, which was signed between PC Transport Systems (PC TS) and ElectroTransport Plus (Volgograd’s LRV operator) in August 2023. A total of 38 vehicles are due to serve the Metrotram lines, with the remaining to be deployed on other city routes. The whole fleet is scheduled for launching in early 2025.
