Russia: The purchase plans are for 350 units per year, said Maxim Liksutov, Moscow Deputy Mayor for Transport and Industry in his interview with the Moscow 2024 channel.

Mr. Liksutov explained that the new rolling stock will allow the metro operator to complete the renewal of the fleet on Line 2, form the fleet of new lines, and add to the fleet of lines with heavy traffic to reduce intervals during rush hours.

In total, in the remaining months of 2025 to 2030, Moscow Metro expects to receive about 2,000 metro cars, according to the city government. These trains include Moskva 2024, which is supplied by TMH now.

Earlier it was announced that a new model of the Moscow platform is planned to arrive in 2026, although no major external changes are expected. The model due to arrive from 2028 will reportedly have substantial changes in design.
