South Korea: The manufacturer has posted an infographic showing parameters of the tram as well as components of its propulsion system.
The prototype of the hydrogen fuel cell tram H2 was unveiled in the summer of 2023. Currently, it undergoes testing in the country’s centre of the hydrogen industry, the city of Ulsan.
In August 2024, the company received its first production order for 34 trams for the South Korean city of Daejeon. The vehicles are to enter into revenue service late in 2028.

Previously, another company had been actively developing hydrogen fuel cell trams, CRRC. However, September saw the first hydrogen tram line in Foshan suspend its operation. The need for repairs was called to be an official reason, but the line was experiencing low passenger capacity and the service life of fuel cells ended.
