The four-car trainset was presented at the Singapore Rail Test Centre. Completion of the testing to be held there is expected in the fourth quarter, after which trial runs on the line will begin.

The 76-metre-long train has a nominal passenger capacity of 607, including 126 seats, 16 folding seats, and 4 spaces for wheelchairs. Each side of the train features 12 double-leaf doors.

The entire fleet of eight trains ordered in 2021 is planned for delivery by the end of the year. These trains are intended for the 4 km Johor Bahru–Singapore Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link with two stations, scheduled to open next December. The trains will operate at a minimum interval of 3.6 min, reach speeds of up to 80 km/h, and cover the distance in five min.
