Russia: The city administration says that the single-car trams are to be finally assembled at the BKM-Sibir plant, a JV of the Belarusian producer and the Novosibirsk region.

In total, the city is to receive an additional 17 vehicle kits for further assembly by the end of the year. The exterior is similar to that of the low-floor T811 model for Barnaul, Mazyr and other cities.

The supplied vehicle kit for further assembly comprises a partially low-floor body with seats, handrails, a traction drive and wiring. The BKM-Sibir plant will fit it with overhauled bogies from retired trams, heating, navigation, video surveillance and other systems, with the final cost resulting in RUB 45 mln ($0.5 mln).

This is not the first time that BKM-Sibir has received tram kits from Belarus. The Belarusian producer has previously been supplied the 62103 tram kits to refurbish vehicles for Novosibirsk. The new model is said to be one m longer, with a fourth door added and a higher percentage of low-floor space. The tram can accommodate 130 people, of which 37 are seated.
