The supplied vehicle kit for further assembly comprises a partially low-floor body with seats, handrails, a traction drive and wiring. The BKM-Sibir plant will fit it with overhauled bogies from retired trams, heating, navigation, video surveillance and other systems, with the final cost resulting in RUB 45 mln ($0.5 mln).

The new model is said to be one m longer, with a fourth door added and a higher percentage of low-floor space. The tram can accommodate 130 people, of which 37 are seated.
