The largest industrial trade fair in the Eurasian region will be held for the 16th time on 6–9 July. This year’s INNOPROM partner country is Indonesia.
Registration has opened for the 16th International Industrial Trade Fair INNOPROM, which runs from 6 to 9 July 2026 at the Ekaterinburg-EXPO International Exhibition Centre, Russia. The registration procedure and the application form are on the fair’s official website.
INNOPROM is one of the main industrial events in the Eurasian region, where companies present new technology, look for manufacturing partners and make contacts across borders. The organisers expect representatives from more than 50 countries in Ekaterinburg, which makes it a practical place to enter new markets, meet customers, suppliers and investors, and hold a lot of B2B meetings in a short time.
Indonesia is the partner country for 2026. Its national pavilion will take up more than 1,500 square metres, and Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan have also confirmed national stands. The fair covers 50,000 square metres in total, with the number of participants approaching 900 companies.

The business programme is large: 15 thematic tracks and over 100 sessions involving businesspeople, government officials, international organisations and specialists. Topics range from digital tools in manufacturing, technology for cities, robotics and automation to industrial infrastructure, new forms of transport and mobility, energy, and new materials, alongside the harder questions of skills, financing and cross-border industrial cooperation. The two headline events are the Main Strategic Session and the “Russia–Indonesia Industrial Dialogue”.

Rolling stock has always had a strong presence at INNOPROM. Last year’s fair saw three tram premieres from Russian manufacturers at once: the three-section 71-233 from Sinara Transport Machines, and the five-section 71-952 from PK Transport Systems and TMH and 71-665 from UKCP. Earlier in 2024 a full-size mock-up of the lead car of a future high-speed train was shown for the first time, and back in 2023 the fair hosted the premiere of the ES104 Finist EMU from Sinara – Transport Machines, along with plans for developing the platform.

INNOPROM is also where major international contracts get signed. In 2025 the fair drew more than 15,000 companies from 66 countries; Saudi Arabia was that year’s partner and left interested in mining, pharmaceuticals, cars, renewable energy and R&D automation. Preparations for 2026 are already under way. St Petersburg hosted a Russian-Indonesian business and investment forum in April, with presentations on shipbuilding, chemicals, metallurgy and mining. Much of what gets agreed during the four days outlasts the fair itself, turning into real projects and longer-term partnerships between companies.
