Kazakhstan: Central Asia’s premier transport and logistics exhibition will be held from 30 September to 2 October at the Atakent Centre for Business Cooperation in Almaty. Now in its 28th year, TransLogistica Kazakhstan consistently draws industry professionals from dozens of countries.
The event enjoys strong interest from railway sector specialists. Kazakhstan’s rail network currently spans 16,000 km, handling nearly 90% of cargo turnover (excluding pipelines). Its rolling stock comprises over 140,000 freight cars, 2,500 passenger coaches and cars, and 1,900 locomotives. The market is dynamic, with global rail equipment manufacturers and technology providers, such as CRRC, Alstom, TMH, Wabtec, and Stadler, vying to expand their presence in Kazakhstan.

Kazakhstan itself actively supports the development of domestic rolling stock and component manufacture. For example, the TEXOL freight wagon cluster in Atyrau is rapidly growing and will be a major exhibitor at the show.
