Russia: Against the background of the situation in Ukraine and sanctions, the company has begun the procedure for terminating its business in Russia. At the same time, Siemens doubts about leaving China in the case of similar events.
Iran: The head of Iranian Railways, Miad Salehi, said the company is negotiating the terms of the purchase. Recently, an agreement was signed between Iran and Russia on expanding cooperation in the transport sector.

In the last five years, Sinara Transport Machines (STM) has supplied in total 81 locomotives of ТGМ8А and TGM8KM modifications to several foreign customers.
Russia: The company, together with RZD, has completed testing of computer vision systems for shunting locomotives. It received the necessary permits for launching into mass production.
