Russia: The six-axle dump car is designed for transporting solid rock and ore at mining quarries. The company confirms the prototype has successfully passed all key tests, including functional body tilting simulating unloading capability on both sides.

Serial production is scheduled to commence at the RM Rail Abakanwagonmash plant in January 2026, with the site currently undergoing technological upgrades. Necessary equipment is being procured, jigs and fixtures manufactured, and production lines established. The plant has already mastered production of pneumatic unloading pipes and assembly of the 18-1245 three-axle bogie with 30 t axle load.

The dump car specific model remains undisclosed. RM Rail’s current catalogue features two dump car models, with the key innovation being the 33-1297 six-axle variant with 125 t capacity developed in 2024. Notably, the Abakan plant’s primary specialisation remains container manufacturing.
