Alexandr Polikarpov has joined the ROLLINGSTOCK Agency team. He will develop analytical, research and consulting projects, including the creation of databases on rolling stock markets. One of the first analytical products – a review of the freight railcar industry in Russia – will be presented in May this year.
Previously, Alexandr worked as the Head of the Railway Transport Research Department at the Institute for Natural Monopolies Research (IPEM), where he supervised various projects in the field of railway industry, freight and passenger rail transportation, regulatory, tariff and antimonopoly policy, including the edition of public reviews and international practices research.
