Spain: The next three months will be spent waiting for the acquisition to be authorised by the national government.
Czech Republic: Railvolution, the Czech magazine, says insolvency proceedings are open with all four companies of the group.
USA: The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) has taken the decision to terminate a contract for 45 double-deck coaches.
