Russia: In the interview with ROLLINGSTOCK, CEO of the Russian largest holding manufacturing rolling stock components spoke about operations in a new context.
France: The American manufacturer has launched the MONITOR project. It implies fitting freight cars with sensors to monitor the condition of the braking system and bogies as well as to provide radio communication between cars.

USA: Wabtec together with scientific laboratories and the Convergent Science company will work to create a control system for the engine that is to burn a hydrogen-diesel mixture.
USA: In September, the company received orders from three manufacturers - Siemens Mobility, Stadler, and Medha Servo Drives. It is planned to equip multiple unit rolling stock with fuel cells.
