Poland: The first in the line electric locomotive, powered by DC, was unveiled by Pesa at TRAKO Fair in Gdansk. The four-axle vehicle was designated 304E and is designed for 160 km/h.
Türkiye: This was announced by the country’s Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu.
Hungary: The Swiss manufacturer has unveiled the renderings of the five-car dual-system FLIRT electric trains.
This announcement follows a visit by a delegation from Kazakhstan’s national operator, Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, to the Wabtec diesel engine manufacturing plant in Grove City, the USA.
